Ya saben que soy un seguidor entusiasta de Richard Feynman. Hoy viene una primer tanda de enlaces que he visitado:

Richard Phillips Feynman ( /ˈfaɪnmən/; May 11, 1918 – February 15, 1988)[2] was an American physicist known for his work in the path integral formulation of quantum mechanics, the theory of quantum electrodynamics and the physics of the superfluidity of supercooled liquid helium, as well as in particle physics (he proposed the parton model). For his contributions to the development of quantum electrodynamics, Feynman, jointly with Julian Schwinger and Sin-Itiro Tomonaga, received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1965. He developed a widely used pictorial representation scheme for the mathematical expressions governing the behavior of subatomic particles, which later became known as Feynman diagrams. During his lifetime, Feynman became one of the best-known scientists in the world.
Leonard Susskind dijo (ver el video de TED de más abajo): "Feynman's scientific style was always to look for the simplest, most elementary solution to a problem that was possible. If it wasn't possible, you had to use something fancier. But no doubt part of this was his great joy and pleasure in showing people that he could think more simply than they could. But he also deeply believed, he truly believed, that if you couldn't explain something simply you didn't understand it. " Esa última frase (tomada de otra fuente) ha guiado mis pasadas décadas. "Si no puedes explicarlo, es que no lo entiendes". La búsqueda de la simplicidad es otra de los "mindsets" que tomé de Feynman. Feynman checkerboard http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feynman_checkerboard
